What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, when you send us a message.
• Phone and email: whatever you choose to tell us when you call or email, such as your name, phone number and details of your racket.

We don't use analytics or advertising tracking on this website.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to provide the stringing service you ask for. Our lawful basis is that this is needed to respond to your request and to arrange a service with you. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and details only for as long as we need them to reply to you and look after your racket, and then delete them.

Who can see it

Messages from the contact form are delivered to our Gmail inbox, so they are stored by Google. Our website is hosted by GoDaddy. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Google reviews

Our reviews page shows reviews that customers have posted publicly on Google. Showing them may load content from Google, which is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

Cookies

The website may use a small number of cookies needed for it to work. We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising. This website doesn't set any cookies of its own for visitors. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
